Trust  = “reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing”

Sometimes it’s largely provable and earned. There is evidence that the sun will rise every day, but does that mean that this wonder will forever occur? What if there is a calamity on earth? Nothing is absolutely certain! However, statistically and from a probability perspective, that sun is going to rise tomorrow morning.

On the other end of the continuum, some things are worth largely distrusting such as a criminal with multiple convictions. Yet again, sometimes even criminals are truthful. So again, trust is a matter of probabilities. For any given circumstance, the criminal is unlikely to be truthful but may sometimes be trusted if for example they tell you that an object will fall if you let it go.

Soooooooooo, who and what you trust very much determines whether you make good, bad, somewhat good or somewhat bad decisions. These big and small decisions you make are fundamental to your good or bad existence, health and happiness.

That’s because Your Decisions = Your Relevant Facts + Your Assumptions.

Trust influences Your Assumptions For example do you believe Hillary or Donald, your parent or a friend/relative or your female or your male friend? Trust contains assumptions because it contains huge quantities of feelings and emotions.

Obviously trust also relates to Your Relevant Facts. Are they relevant and numerous enough? Should a man always be hired instead of a woman? Gender is not relevant!!!

Judiciously apply trust to your life. Your reward will be better and happier decisions.

If you love or want to love someone, the best proof of your love is your trust.
