Your skill-set needs to productively balance multicultural, political, age and virtual dynamics across countries, companies and even departments within your organization. Manage high-performance teams – now mandatory in this world of economic challenge, intensify competition, group dynamics and higher expectations.
Recognize cultural differences associated with power, distance, personal space and even eye contact. Age matters much much less than a person’s goodness. Understand and deal with stereotypes and circular self-perpetuating prejudicial behaviours.

Imagine if we imagined the world like John Lennon’s insightful song Imagine. As the last 2 lines in the song says “I hope someday you’ll join us, and the world will live as one (with the double entendre of “won”).
